Every press-on set can be worn two ways, and the right one depends entirely on your calendar.
Glue
Brush on adhesive forms a real bond in thirty seconds and holds for around two weeks. It is the choice for a set you want to live in: work, showers, workouts, the lot. The trade is commitment. Removal takes a five minute soak, and a glued set is harder to reuse.
Tabs
Adhesive tabs are double sided stickers cut to nail sizes. They hold three to five days of normal life, come off cleanly in seconds, and leave the set ready to wear again. They are the choice for an event, a weekend, a trial run of a new shape, or anyone who changes designs the way they change earrings.
The honest comparison
Glue wins on hold, water resistance and forgetting you are wearing them. Tabs win on speed, gentleness and reuse. Neither damages the nail when removed properly, and both are in the Glue and Care collection.
