What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give it, and the details of your order. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment providers, never by us.

When you browse the site we collect technical data through cookies: pages viewed, device, approximate location, and how you arrived.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to answer your messages, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal obligations, and, if you have agreed to it, to send you marketing emails.

Who we share it with

Only with the parties needed to run the shop: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment providers, our carriers, and our email provider. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@handsdownbeauty.com and we will answer within 30 days.
