Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend are prepared on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery within the United States takes 6 to 12 business days from dispatch. This is a delivery estimate, not a guaranteed date. Carrier delays, weather and public holidays can extend it.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $6.90. Shipping is free on orders of $50 and over. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after that email. You can also follow your order at handsdownbeauty.com/pages/track.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. The cost of the second shipment is payable by the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, write to hello@handsdownbeauty.com with your order number and, for damage, a photograph of the parcel and its contents. We will replace it or refund it in full.
