Our products are cosmetic accessories for external use only. Please follow the instructions supplied with each product and observe the following:

  • Keep nail adhesives away from the eyes, the mouth and broken skin, and out of reach of children.
  • Carry out a patch test if you have sensitive skin or a history of adhesive allergy.
  • Discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if irritation, redness or discomfort occurs.
  • Do not apply to damaged, infected or inflamed nails or skin.
  • Remove the product gently as instructed. Forcing removal can damage the natural nail.

We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse, by failure to follow the instructions supplied, or by use of the product contrary to this section.

7. Pricing and errors

Prices are shown in United States dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated and displayed at checkout. Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price. Where this happens we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund it in full, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

8. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or limit any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, where quantities suggest resale, or where a pricing error has occurred.

If you send us photographs, reviews or other content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to use it in connection with our business, including on the website and in marketing. You can ask us to stop using your content at any time by writing to us.

The website is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection right you may have in your state of residence.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, the Return and Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale, form the entire agreement between us. We may update these terms at any time, and the version published at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
