1. Who we are

This website is operated by 639HZ LLC, trading as Hands Down. By using this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below.

2. Products

We sell reusable press-on nail sets and the glue, adhesive tabs, removers and prep tools that go with them. Each set contains 24 nails across 12 sizes, a mini file and a prep pad. Glue is not included in a nail set and is sold separately, or offered free when three sets are purchased.

3. Product images and colour

We photograph our products as faithfully as we can. Screens render colour differently, so a shade can appear slightly different from the photograph on your device.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no sales tax unless stated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

5. Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund it in full.

6. Accounts

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, nor copy its content, photographs or texts without our written permission.

8. Liability

Our products are cosmetic accessories. Follow the application and removal instructions supplied. If you have a skin condition, a nail condition or a known allergy, consult a healthcare professional before use. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
