Hands Down means unquestionably the best. It also means hands. We took the name as a standard to hold ourselves to.
It started with a Monday. A full calendar, a week already moving, and the same quiet compromise: beautiful nails, or the afternoon it takes to get them.
Salon quality had a price we kept refusing to pay in hours. Press-ons had the hours, but rarely the quality. Between the two, there was a house missing. So we built it.
Salon quality should not cost you your Sunday evening.

We took the name as a standard to hold ourselves to. Every set is chosen the way an editor chooses a cover: few pieces, chosen hard, from short to stiletto. Twelve sizes in every box, because a fit that almost works is a fit that does not. If a set would not survive the week you are about to have, it does not ship.
TEN MINUTES, DONE PROPERLY
Prep, size, press, go. Four steps, thirty seconds of pressure per nail, and the first hour dry. That is the whole ritual, and it is why a Hands Down set survives dishes, deadlines and the gym.
DESIGNED IN DROPS, NEVER IN FLOODS
Five permanent lines, from short square to long coffin, plus one seasonal edit. Each collection is small on purpose: every design earns its place or it does not ship.
OFF IN FIVE, NOTHING TO REPAIR
Warm water, a few drops of oil, five quiet minutes. The set lifts from the sides and your nails stay yours. Glue, tabs and everything after live in one place.
